Rules for Podlipnik Apartments
- Guests are required to pay a deposit of EUR 100 upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided there is no damage or missing items. The deposit is also non-refundable in case of violation of the house rules.
- Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 10:00. Earlier arrivals or later departures can be arranged with the prior approval of the management.
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. Guests who break these rules will be fined EUR 500.00.
- Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
- Guests are responsible for keeping the apartments clean and tidy during their stay. Any additional cleaning required as a result of guests' neglect will be charged to their deposit.
- Guests must inform the property upon arrival if there are any damages or problems with the apartments. Any damage or problems discovered after check-out will be charged to the guest's deposit.
- Nighttime is from 22:00 until 08:00. Guests who break these rules are subject to a fine of EUR 500.00.
- Guests must inform the management of the number of guests staying in the apartments. Any additional guests not included in the original booking will incur additional charges. In case of guest smuggling, without the knowledge of the owners of the apartment and obtaining a penalty for non-payment of the tourist tax, the guest will be liable for the full amount of the penalty.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Management is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay. Any illegal act or disturbance of the peace will result in immediate eviction and may lead to legal action.
- In the event of an emergency or urgent maintenance, the management reserves the right to enter the apartments to resolve the situation.
- Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date or the reservation will not be refunded.
- Guests must respect the privacy of their neighbours and must not disturb them in any way.
- These rules are subject to change without prior notice and guests are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules upon arrival. In the event of legal proceedings in court, the law of Slovenia will apply.
- By making a reservation, the guest agrees to the house rules and policies of the apartments.
- Forgotten items are kept for a period of 14 days.
